What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30AM & 6PM.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 or 8 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase mats and weights at WAL*MART, Sports Authority or other sports equipment stores. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $199 for 5,4, 3 days a week. That's a total of 12 to 20 camps. You can commit to 2 days a week, but the cost will be $167.60 for 8 camps or 2 days a week (ideal for our one on one personal training clients) . That covers twenty, sixteen, twelve or 8 hours of instruction, plus the before and after assessment, one hour nutrition seminar, daily e-mails, weekly food log feedback, optional weekly weigh- ins, and more! It averages out to just $9.95 per exercise hour.
Where else can you get premiere cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? You truly can not put a price on your health, self esteem, longevity and the confidence you will gain from Miami Adventure Boot Camp. If you look at what you will save in medical bills down the road or having to buy larger size clothing or lost opportunities due to your health, 9.95 for an hour of empowerment and renewed energy and life is priceless.
Other options:
The Adventure Boot Camp program is designed to be done 5 days per week, however there is a 4 day a week option, 3 day a week option and a 2 day a week option, which I recommend for our one on one personal training clients, who train at our personal training facility. The 5 day program includes all 20 sessions and is the best way to jump start your fitness and see dramatic improvements. The 4 day a week program also produces significant physical changes and the 3 day per week program is also beneficial and is especially good for those who are very beginners, are working with injuries or who compliment boot camp with other activities. The 2 day per week program is recommended for our one on one personal training clients who train at our personal training facility.
What you can expect:
- One hour a day for 4 weeks

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you will be notified to make an appointment.

What Miami Women's Adventure Boot Camp is not:
